A Look Back At SERVE SAMMAN’s 2016 Moments

Let’ see how our beautiful journey started in 2016. In the month of September, SERVE SAMMAN participated in JUMBA DANCE and RUNNING COMPETITION organized by PINKATHON in 4th Sept. A group of 60 girls with 3000 other participants attended the program in Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium. We also played a very active role in promoting women empowerment by distributing books.. After the dance competition, we enjoyed snacks and chatted with our fellow buddies. The same day was TEACHER’S DAY where students were playing the role of teachers. This wonderful behavior from all the students made all of us realize that they can be responsible too if required.

During the PUJA holidays, SERVE SAMMAN organized a visit to the garment factory for children on October 10th., to make them learn about running industrial business. On 29th October, we celebrated Diwali with all the excitement and energy. Diwali is one of the most celebrated festivals in North India. From lighting diyas to firing crackers, and distributing sweets to our loved ones, we at SERVE SAMMAN enjoyed the spirit of Diwali in the most colourful way. On 14th November, 80 kids attended the carnival. It was a wonderful day which ended with loads of yummy good and fun games. Tina, our guest from United State distributed sweets, socks, snacks and gifts to children. Ms Sipra Narula has helped us by providing meals to the small kids during all the events
